Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films generally horror or martial arts. Her style is similar the character of The Cinema Snob in that she enjoys dumb action movies. She started reviewing late in 2009, and gained some recognition on their forums, under her previous username Obscurus Lupa. In the year 2010 she joined Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome Family. She was on the website until early 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was retooled into Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts through her channel that both cover the Charmed franchise, and they both co-host with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The show reviews horrible films aimed at children, RiffTrax and live shows. There are also times when it features adult comedy. She started reviewing films in the latter half of 2009, and was soon gaining recognition through the Channel Awesome forums before officially being a part of the reviewers of the channel's family. Her appearances have included a variety throughout Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall up to Phelous & the Movies. She was a member of Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
