Anya Volz is a New York City-based comic originally from Vermont. Many men in America have described her style as funny but not too preachy. She has been a contributor writer and content creator to Riot Fest The Hard Times as well as Macaulay Culkin's Bunny Ears. Her appearances have been featured in BuzzFeed, Vulture, and at major festivals, such as New York Comedy Festival, the Women in Comedy Festival in New York as well as the New York Comedy Festival. She hosts Best Mistakes podcast with Brooklyn comedian Nika Lombazzo. The pre-covid was when she was the host and producer of Our Time of the Week together with Nika Lomazzo in The Stand Comedy Club. Anya Taylor-Joy, who is half English/half Spanish sister of Dennis Alan Taylor who was an ex-banker during his previous job as well as Jennifer Marina Joy. His father was Argentine and Scottish English descent. Her mother's ancestry is Spanish and English. The four siblings of Taylor-Joy are from her father's former marriage. The family was originally located in Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when she was aged six. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos Aires, to Victoria was difficult and she did not take the time to learn English and was hoping to go back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the changed schools from Northlands. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School and studied ballet, while also performing in school's productions. When she was 16 she quit school in order to make a career of acting. Taylor-Joy always had a dream to become an actor. When she was 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the opportunity to be a model.
