Anita Barone

Barone appeared as Gail Cunningham (a chef) in The Shoes of Seinfeld, the fourth season episode. Barone was looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. The early 90s saw Barone appeared on a number of occasions in Carol & Company as a co-star along with Carol Burnett. Barone performed the role of the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in the initial Friends appearance. The show ended her time as she wanted to pursue an additional full-time job. She was replaced by Jane Sibbett. Barone was the lead in The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season from 1995 to 1996 and The War at Home, between 2005 and 2007. Then, in 2000 Barone also co-starred in the show Daddio. Barone is also a part of Desperate housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately housewives. Barone was awarded her Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2005 in 2004 for her work on the film One Last Ride. The following year, three years following the time that The War at Home ended it's running time, Barone was cast in a regular role on Shake It Up, a Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as the character of Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband was a guest on the show for two seasons. Shake It Up in the part of J.J. Jones.
